Zepto plans to launch its IPO in the next two to three quarters, once its financials improve and valuation terms become more favourable, CEO and co-founder Aadit Palicha told employees. This comes after domestic mutual funds valued the company below its expected $4-5 billion valuation. The company is reportedly planning to raise over ₹1,000 crore in a pre-IPO funding round.
