Three Hanuma Maladharis from Hegasanahalli village were killed on Tuesday near Shaktinagar in Raichur district. They were on their way on foot to fetch water from the Krishna River for religious rituals to perform Lord Hanuman as a part of Hanuma Jayanti. The deceased are Ayyangowda (28), Udaykumar (28), and Mahesh (24). Two others were injured in the accident.
