A female doctor and her fiance allegedly lost Rs 4.3 lakh under false promises of getting an apartment in a housing scheme. According to the complaint, the accused runs a cafe and promised the doctor to get her two apartments without any brokerage. However, after paying, the doctor did not get the house. Following this, they filed a cheating complaint.
