Bibhav Kumar, the man accused of beating up AAP MP and former Delhi Commission for Women chief Swati Maliwal, was spotted with Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal days after the alleged attack. Kumar is said to be a close aide of the Delhi CM. In a press conference, Kejriwal avoided the question about the alleged attack on Maliwal.
