The CBI has filed its first chargesheet in a case linked to the Reliance ADA Group, naming 16 accused, including Reliance Communications, five company executives, and 10 bank officials. The charges include criminal conspiracy, cheating and misappropriation. The case involves the alleged diversion and misuse of banking facilities, including loans and credit facilities worth over ₹2,000 crore.
