Chairman of Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) examining Waqf (Amendment) Bill, Jagdambika Pal, on Wednesday, said that the panel unanimously agreed on the need to extend its tenure to address unresolved issues. "We will bring a resolution before Lok Sabha tomorrow or the day after," Pal added. The decision comes after Opposition members walked out of the meeting, demanding tenure extension.
