Talking about Rohit Sharma being replaced by Hardik Pandya as MI captain, ex-India cricketer Robin Uthappa said MI have not won IPL title since 2020. He stated Rohit lacked success as a batter and captain in the last three years. Hardik was traded from GT to MI before IPL 2024. MI won five IPL titles under the captaincy of Rohit.
