French President Emmanuel Macron has claimed that West doesn't have the time nor resources to make an Israel-like Iron Dome for Ukraine. "Israel has been building and financing [its system]...for decades. It’s impossible to build the same [one to] meet Ukraine's needs," he said. European Union Foreign Policy chief, Josep Borrell, also turned down Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's request.
