Over 3,700 vehicles were challaned and nearly 570 non-compliant vehicles were turned back from Delhi's borders on the first day of anti-pollution restrictions in Delhi, Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa said. This comes after vehicles without BS-VI engines were banned from entering Delhi and vehicles without PUC were barred from getting fuel amid high pollution levels.
