Silver jumps by ₹24,000 per kg in India, gold climbs ₹5,000 per 10 grams

Silver and gold prices ended a three-day steep fall and rebounded sharply in Delhi on Tuesday. According to the All India Sarafa Association, silver prices soared ₹24,000, or 9.23%, to ₹2,84,000 per kg. The white metal had closed at ₹2,60,000 per kg on Monday after slumping ₹52,000. Gold of 99.9% rose ₹5,000, or 3.3%, to ₹1,57,700 per 10 grams.
