Meta has fired 24 employees in US' Los Angeles for using their $25 (₹2,100) meal credits to purchase household items like toothpaste and laundry detergent, according to The Guardian. Some employees even sent meals home when they were not in the office, the report added. An anonymous Meta employee, who reportedly earned $400,000/year, even admitted to misusing meal credits.
