A case was filed in Punjab's Ludhiana on the complaint of an AAP worker Vikas Prashar against a YouTube channel Capital TV for allegedly equating AAP's Raghav Chadha with fugitive businessman Vijay Mallya. The channel allegedly called Chadha a "Khalistani supporter after he met UK MP Preet Gill". It was accused of running "misleading content" on the liquor policy case.
