In April 2024, Indian stock markets received foreign institutional investor (FII) inflow, reaching ₹21,465 crores, the lowest since January 2024. Notably, FIIs showed particular interest by allocating ₹8,191 crore to the Telecommunication sector, ₹4,285 crore to the Capital goods sector, and ₹3,636 crore to the Power sector.
