Pune: The education department of the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has issued show-cause notices to 9 private schools in the city. These notices were issued due to the schools' failure to validate Aadhaar in the UIDAI and Saral systems for students enrolled in private schools, despite repeated correspondence and both written and verbal communication attempts.
