President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled development projects worth ₹47,600 crore in Odisha on Saturday. They laid the foundation stones for the 600-MW Indravati pumped storage project and the expansion of the IB thermal power station. Other projects include a 300-tonne-per-day biogas plant in Bhubaneswar, a bridge over the Kathajodi River and an IGNOU regional centre.
