Patanjali Foods has received a proposal to acquire the non-food business of Patanjali Ayurved, as per an exchange filing. The board of Patanjali Foods has asked the company's officials to conduct due diligence and negotiate the terms of the deal. Patanjali Foods bought the food business from Patanjali Ayurved for ₹690 crore in May 2022.
