India's largest public sector bank, State Bank of India (SBI), has announced a strategic partnership with HCLSoftware, the software business unit of HCLTech, to transform its customer engagement framework digitally. As part of a five-year agreement, HCLSoftware will implement its MarTech solution, the HCL Unica platform, across SBI's digital marketing channels.
