The budget of 'Ramayana' stands at ₹4,000 crore, making it the biggest Indian film franchise. As per reports, the budget includes production costs of ₹1,600 crore as well as massive spending on marketing, distribution and IMAX releases. The key cost drivers are Virtual Production filmmaking, VFX, music and fees of ensemble cast. Shooting for IMAX has also increased the budget.
