UP recorded 35.73% voter turnout till 1pm today in eight parliamentary constituencies (Amroha, Meerut, Baghpat, Ghaziabad, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Aligarh, Mathura and Bulandshahr) that have gone to polls in 2024 Lok Sabha elections' second phase. A total of 91 candidates are contesting. According to Election Commission, 1.67 crore people are eligible to vote in UP in this phase.
