Goa Police has detained Ajay Gupta, one of the four owners of Goa's 'Birch by Romeo Lane' nightclub where a fire claimed the lives of 25 people. Gupta was detained in Delhi after a Look Out Circular was issued against him. A Blue Corner notice has been issued against owners Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, who have fled to Thailand.
