Luthra brothers, who fled to Thailand hours after a fire broke out at their Goa nightclub, asked through their lawyer how leaving the country on the night of the incident was a big crime. Stating that the Luthra brothers were receiving death threats, their lawyer stated, "Liability is being assigned as if they went there and set the fire."
