A report by CBRE said the sale of luxury Indian homes worth ₹4 crore or more rose 53% YoY to 19,700 units in 2024. Delhi-NCR saw the most sales at 10,500 units, compared to 5,525 units in the preceding year. It was followed by Mumbai at 5,500 units and Pune at 825 units. Luxury home sales in Bengaluru declined.
