Lung screening tests rise in Delhi-NCR amid pollution, people complain of 'breathlessness'

Delhi-NCR hospitals are witnessing a rise in lung screening tests amid the worsening air pollution, The Indian Express reported, citing doctors. A 19-year-old student from Delhi, with no history of lung issues, is among several patients who've been recommended a Pulmonary Function Test as a preventive measure by doctors. He had complained of "sudden tightness in his chest and breathlessness".
