Samajwadi Party leader Aquil Akhtar, who declared highest assets of over ₹400 crore in the Jharkhand Assembly polls, has lost to Congress' Nisat Alam from Pakaur constituency. He stood at the third spot with AJSU's Azhar Islam securing the second-highest votes in the constituency. Akhtar had declared movable assets worth nearly a crore and immovable assets worth over ₹400 crore.
