Piramal Finance announced that it will be selling the entirety of its 14.72% equity stake in Shriram Life Insurance Company (SLIC) for ₹600 crore to Sanlam Emerging Markets (Mauritius). The transaction is expected to be completed by March 31, 2026 and aims to monetise Piramal's non-core assets and strengthen its balance sheet. SLIC contributed ₹12.68 crore to Piramal in FY2025.
