Urvi Gohil, a clinical dietician, shared 10 daily habits that can improve insulin sensitivity. These include- eating protein for breakfast, post-meal walks, avoiding carb-only meals and avoiding liquid calories. She also suggested early dinner, prioritising adequate sleep, strength training, overnight fasting, reducing foods made with maida and added sugar and managing stress daily.
