Night owls face higher risk of heart issues: Study

People who naturally stay up late, often called night owls, are more likely to have poor heart health than those with traditional sleep-wake schedules, a study in Journal of the American Heart Association found. Researchers analysed health and behaviour data of nearly 3,23,000 UK Biobank adults, noting stronger links between evening chronotype and poor cardiovascular health in women than men.
