A man, 57-year-old Nitinbhai Adiya, fell from the 10th floor of his house in Gujarat's Surat while he was sleeping. He survived after his leg got stuck in the grille of a flat on the eighth floor. Subsequently, the neighbours called the fire brigade, and he was freed after approximately an hour using ropes and safety belt, reports said.
