Former BJP MLA Kunwar Pranav Singh Champion and his supporters on Sunday created a ruckus and opened fire outside Independent MLA Umesh Kumar's office at Khanpur in Uttarakhand's Haridwar district. Following the attack, Kunwar was arrested by the police. However, Kunwar claimed that the incident was retaliation for a similar attack on his mansion allegedly by Kumar a day earlier.
