'Cry sessions' held for US officials after Trump's win, say reports; Blinken criticised

US State Department Secretary Antony Blinken has been criticised as reports said officials upset over Donald Trump's win were given "cry sessions" therapy. A document titled "managing stress during change" was handed out to officials on November 11, reports said. Congressman Darrell Issa called the reports "disturbing", questioning the "personal meltdown over...result of...free and fair election".
