2 patients paralysed after wrong drugs given at US hospital; it says 'sorry'

Authorities are probing a medication error at Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital in US' Nashville that reportedly affected four patients undergoing routine joint replacement surgeries. Potassium was reportedly given instead of standard pain medication, leaving two patients paralysed and another in intensive care. The hospital reportedly said it was "sorry" and has implemented safety measures.
