India is preparing for the rollout of 6G technology after successfully launching 5G to support its goal of becoming developed nation, said Neeraj Mittal, Secretary of Department of Telecommunications (DoT). He added that the government has replaced the 150-year-old Telegraph Act with a new Telecommunications Act which is expected to stand the test of time for the next 20-30 years.
