7 arrested for beating Manipur musician to death in Delhi

Delhi Police arrested seven people including a juvenile in connection with the death of 54-year-old Manipur-origin musician C Vikram Singh following an alleged assault in South Delhi. Police said Singh had an argument with some people in his lane over loud noise, which escalated into a physical assault. His family later took him to hospital, where he was declared dead.
