8-year-old girl walks again after complex foot reconstruction

An eight-year-old girl regained the ability to walk after a complex foot reconstruction following a road accident. Doctors removed damaged tissue and transferred healthy tissue from her thigh to the injured foot using microsurgery. The procedure restored blood supply and protected bones and tendons. She recovered steadily and was walking normally within a month.
