Anjani Kumar has been appointed as India's new ambassador to Ukraine, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said. He is an Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer from the 2003 batch. According to his social media profile, Kumar has previously served as India's ambassador to Mali and Mauritania. He is expected to take up the assignment shortly, the MEA said.
