Asseta AI, a New York–based accounting and data platform built specifically for family offices, has raised $4.2 million in seed funding to push what it calls “The Intelligent Family Office Suite” into its next phase of development. The round is co-led by fintech specialists Nyca Partners and Motive Partners, underscoring growing investor conviction that ultra-wealthy need better softwares.
