US President Joe Biden has announced a new weapons package worth $700 million for Ukraine to help it fight Russian forces. The package includes high mobility artillery rocket systems which, Ukraine has assured, will not be used against targets on Russian territory, according to the US. The US will continue to provide Ukraine with weapons to defend itself, said Biden.
