British rapper Blaine Johnson, who went by the name Cadet, died while on his way to a concert after his taxi collided with a van. While the drivers of both vehicles were taken to a hospital with severe injuries, the 28-year-old rapper died at the scene. Cadet was to perform at a university in Staffordshire, UK when the accident occurred.
