Can a 13-year-old play in IPL?

ICC has implemented a minimum age policy for international cricket, requiring players to be at least 15 years old to compete. However, IPL does not have a formal minimum age requirement. It leaves decisions on player readiness to franchises. Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who is 13, on Monday became the youngest player to be bought in IPL auction.
