A video has surfaced from China's Hebei province showing cars and other vehicles being swept away by floodwaters and crashing into each other following heavy rains brought by Typhoon Bavi. The storm has affected China's northern and northeastern provinces, submerging roads due to severe waterlogging. In some areas, water levels have reportedly risen to more than two metres on roads.
