The Centre has sanctioned ₹305 crore for the first phase of a multispecialty hospital that will be constructed by expanding the ESIC Hospital in Pune's Bibwewadi, BJP MLA Madhuri Misal said. The total amount required to complete the hospital is estimated to be ₹470 crore. "The hospital will have various laboratories like radiology, biochemistry and microbiology," Misal added.
