Companies in India are likely to offer a 7.7% salary increase in 2021, one of the highest among BRIC nations, as per a survey by Aon. The figure is higher than 2020's average actual increase of 6.1%. "The highest-paying sectors in 2021 continue to be IT, ITeS, life sciences, e-commerce and FMCG,” said Aon India Partner Roopank Chaudhary.
