Congress slams MEA for silence on Jaishankar-Rubio Mumbai meet

Congress MP Jairam Ramesh attacked the MEA after US Ambassador Sergio Gor revealed that EAM Jaishankar is expected to meet US Secretary of State Marco Rubio in Mumbai. Ramesh questioned why India's diplomatic engagements were being announced by a foreign envoy instead of MEA's official spokesperson. Rubio is set to visit India from October 17 to October 22.
