Delhi HC upholds ₹144-crore SpiceJet deposit order in Maran case

The Delhi High Court dismissed SpiceJet's plea to review an earlier order directing it to deposit ₹144 crore in connection with the legal dispute with Kalanithi Maran and Kal Airways. The court also imposed a ₹50,000 fine on SpiceJet. The dispute is regarding non-issuance of warrants after Maran and Kal Airways transferred their 58.46% stake in SpiceJet to Ajay Singh.
