Delhi on Thursday reported 28,867 new COVID-19 cases, the highest single-day spike since the beginning of the pandemic. As per the bulletin, 31 people died and the positivity rate stood at 29.21%. The spike took Delhi's active COVID-19 case tally to 94,160 and over 22,000 people recovered in the last 24 hours. Nearly 99,000 tests were conducted.
