Vivek Oberoi, who portrays Vidyutjihva in 'Ramayana', revealed he chose not to get paid for the film. "I told Namit (Malhotra) that I don't want a penny for this; I want to donate it to any sort of cause I believe in, which is kids with cancer." He added, "It was a lot of fun working with the whole crew."
