The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached ₹19 crore in assets in Mumbai, linked to Karrm Developers, a real estate firm associated with actor Vivek Oberoi. Over 11,500 buyers were misled into purchasing non-buildable land. Although Oberoi endorsed the projects, he has not been accused of fraud. The investigation is ongoing to ensure justice for the affected homebuyers.
