As part of Budget 2026, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has announced content creator labs in 15,000 secondary schools across India and 500 colleges to boost India's Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming and Comics (AVGC) sector. She also proposed a dedicated initiative for high-quality sports goods manufacturing and research.
