A group of 204 retired officers, including 116 from Armed Forces and 84 bureaucrats, have written an open letter after Congress leader Rahul Gandhi had tea and biscuits at Parliament's Makar Dwar during a protest over the LPG crisis. Stating that Opposition led by Rahul disregarded Speaker's explicit directive, the letter said, "it reflects an attitude of arrogance and entitlement."
