Days after Foxconn withdrew from a joint venture with Vedanta which was set up to produce semiconductors in India, Gujarat government is holding talks with Foxconn, Reuters cited an official as saying. "We're in touch with...prospective investors...including Foxconn...Gujarat is uniquely positioned to attract top chipmakers," Science and Technology Department Secretary in Gujarat Vijay Nehra said.
